I began my relationship with Vuoso & Pielago based on my landlords reccommendation. He had been through five close audits with Rick Pielago representing him, and the IRS was unable to find additional tax or penalties due. That was in 1987. They have prepared my personal and business taxes (for the years I ran my own business), as well as my sisters' personal returns. True, I have never been audited, but I know that George Vuoso or Rick would stand up to help me if needed. Each year they send me a tax planner that lists last years itemized income and expense, making it easy for me to organize my documentation and send it in for initial entry and subsequent discussion. Although I live 75 miles from their office, I have continued to use them for the past 4 years, and expect to continue to do so for an indefinite period. Over the years, our relationship has developed beyond the expected professional level. George & I have walked our dogs together. I have attended Superbowl Parties at Rick's home and gotten to know some of their extended family. As a banker, I am often asked for tax opinions, and I know that I can call Vuoso & Pielago for a quick and accurate answer that my clients will feel comfortable with. I have referred many of my friends and business associates over the years, and not one has ever been disappointed.
